Sami and Axel live in a housing estate in eastern France. Sami tries his best to bring up his daughter Lana, creating a playful and sensitive universe in the midst of concrete towers. Axel, the neighborhood kingpin, makes everyone smoke about his business dealings and, above all, his sexuality.
