Army surveying team attempted to scale Mount Tsurugi, a peak never before reached by humans, in order to map Japan. This behind-the-scenes documentary, was shot by director Osawa Yoshitaka and the renowned cameraman Kimura Daisaku, who made his directorial debut with this film.
