Despite losing everything he holds dear, Tony (Ozawa Hitoshi) has the four Manila drug traffickers under his control, and even has his eye on the title of 'King' of the Philippine drug empire. Max (Kazuyoshi Ozawa) proposes that Tony withdraws from the underworld and moves to the surface.
