A film-ballet featuring performers from the Kyrgyz State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre. It is based on a national legend about faithful and all‑conquering love. The story follows a beautiful young maiden named Cholpon, who has the misfortune of crossing paths with Ai‑Dai, an evil vampire.
