The three Aoi sisters live in a luxurious Japanese house. One night, Kotoko, the eldest, wakes up when she feels a presence stirring in the darkness. Her right eye gets pierced by a nail flying from the darkness. However, when the sisters check, both the nail and the eye wound have disappeared.
