The Minister of Chance: Prologue is a spin-off from Death Comes to Time (2002), a webcast audio drama based on the long-running British science-fiction series Doctor Who. The short film was first released on YouTube to promote a Kickstarter campaign for a full-length adaptation of the audio series.
