Yelhou Jagoi, also known as Lai Haraoba, is a ritual dance from Manipur that re-enacts the myth of creation and celebrates the harmony between humans and nature. Through 364 hand gestures (Khutheks) in Laibou sequences, it portrays creation, flora and fauna, and human endeavor.
