TAIKI, a Japanese art student meets an indigenous female painter in Taiwan. Strongly attracted by the ritual totems depicted by the painter, Taiki ventures into her tribal home and becomes the subject of her works. Ten years later, invited by Taiki, the painter comes to Japan for a residency.
