Before being called Romanès, Alexandre was known as Bouglione. One day, he slammed the door on the family circus: "too big, too many tents, too many trucks, it was more humane." Twenty years later, he met "the terrible" Délia, a Romanian gypsy who speaks and sings in Romani.
