In a post-capitalist world, Peaceforce officer Daniel meets Jesper, a prominent local citizen. Jesper claims that an elephant has gone berserk in the city and is killing people. Wanting to do the right thing, Daniel decides to follow Jesper deep into an almost deserted town.
