Foulad Bek, a wealthy reactionary who loves breeding horses, is coveted by his secretary Sami for his money. He tries to marry his sister Nana to Hassan, Foulad's heir. Hassan loves art and works in a circus with his friend Rashid. He loves Basbas, the daughter of the circus owner Bahlool.
