Juana, a young Bolivian woman, gets a job in a sewing workshop in Buenos Aires. In exchange, she has to leave her husband and son behind in Bolivia. Upon arriving in Buenos Aires, she discovers that the promised workshop is a prison where work is carried out under inhumane conditions.
