Charles and Whitney are a close-knit heterosexual couple until a friend, Alex, comes to visit. Whitney lets him move in with them because she thinks he will be a good influence on her husband, who has a tendency to cheat. But Alex wants only one thing: to abuse Charles. He drugs him to rape him.
