The film shows the fascinating beginnings of underwater filmmaking. The diving trip begins quite unspectacularly in Vienna's Krapfenwaldl outdoor pool. Three students demonstrate and explain to two Viennese women how to use an underwater camera, diving mask, fins, and harpoon.
