In the 1970s, Colonel Moren Brito ran Villa Grimaldi, one of the main torture centers of the DINA, the political police. Today, he leads a discreet life in a residential area of Santiago. But his past is catching up with him. At the local supermarket, he is stopped by one of his former victims.
