Empty Vessels is a sculptural installation and film work that continues Matthew Galloway's investigations into Aotearoa’s reliance on phosphate rock from Western Sahara. Phosphate is mineral rock used to make fertiliser, partly fuelling Aotearoa’s high-performing agricultural industry.
