“Art as Freedom” is the belief of Hong Kong artist Wilson Shieh. He combines traditional Chinese gong-bi (fine-line) techniques and Western painting styles. Growing up in Hong Kong, an ever-changing city, Shieh explores the Hong Kong identities in his works.
