During the 1948 Arab-Jewish conflict in Palestine, a group of six Israeli soldiers -- including Rachel (Nehama Hendel), a female combatant -- is trapped in enemy territory. While trying to escape, the soldiers learn of an Arab plan to attack a nearby village.
