Izou Oikawa (及川 いぞう, Oikawa Izō, March 5, 1960) is a Japanese actor and voice actor (seiyuu). His former stage name is Izou Oikawa (及川 以造, Oikawa Izō) and his real name is Tetsuji Sugou (須郷 哲司, Sugō Tetsuji).
