Tomoko Shinozuka (篠塚 智子, Shinozuka Tomoko) is a Japanese screenwriter from Bunkyo, Tokyo. She graduated from the Faculty of Human Studies at Japan Women's University and studied screenwriting at the Film School of Tokyo.
